Terms of Service

1. What Geometriya is

Geometriya is a charting and analysis tool. It draws geometry on price charts (Gann angles, boxes, time cycles, Fibonacci and other studies), scans lists of stocks for what its tools show, and offers paper trading — a simulation with no real money.

It is not investment advice, and we are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Geometriya does not tell you what to buy or sell, does not place orders in your broker account, and does not manage money. See the Disclaimer.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for the details you give us being true, and for keeping them up to date.

3. Your account

1. —Keep your sign-in details, and any device where you are signed in, to yourself. What happens under your account is your responsibility.
2. —Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
3. —One person, one account. Do not share an account or sell access to it.
4. —You can delete your account at any time from My Account, as set out at /delete-account.

4. Trial, free plan and paid plans

1. —A new account starts with a 30-day trial. After it, the free plan continues with the limits shown in the app; a paid plan lifts them.
2. —Paid plans are monthly or yearly. The price, in your currency and with any taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay — the price shown there is the price that applies.
3. —A plan runs for the period you pay for. It does not renew by itself: we remind you before it ends, and you renew only if you choose to.
4. —Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
5. —Refunds. All payments are final. Once a paid plan is activated we do not give refunds, so please use the 30-day trial to check that the Service suits you. We will refund a payment only where the law requires it, or where you were charged twice or in error.
6. —We may change prices and plan limits for future purchases. A change does not affect a period you have already paid for.

5. Using the Service properly

You agree not to:

1. —copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the Service, its scanners or its data, or use them to build a competing product;
2. —try to break, probe or overload the Service, bypass its limits, or access another person’s account or data;
3. —use the Service to break any law, including securities law, or to mislead other people about what the Service shows;
4. —present Geometriya’s output as your own regulated advice, or as a recommendation made by us.

We may limit, suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, or to protect the Service or other users. Where we can, we will tell you why.

6. Broker connections

You may connect a broker account so the app can load market data. That connection is between you and your broker and is also governed by your broker’s terms. You can disconnect it at any time. Geometriya does not place orders, withdraw funds or change settings in your broker account. You are responsible for any action you take with your broker, in or outside Geometriya.

7. Market data and availability

Prices and other market data come from exchanges, brokers and data providers we do not control. They can be delayed, wrong, incomplete or unavailable, and corporate-action adjustments can differ between sources. The Service can also be interrupted for maintenance or because a provider is down. We try to keep it running and accurate but do not promise either.

8. Your content and our materials

The drawings, watchlists, alerts and notes you create are yours, and most are saved only on your device. You give us only the permission needed to store and process the ones that sit on our servers so the Service can work for you.

The Service — its software, scanners, wording, design, the Mitotic Scaling method as implemented here, tutorials and videos — belongs to Geometrical Analysis or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own analysis while you follow these terms. Nothing else is licensed.

9. No guarantee of results; your decisions

Markets carry risk and you can lose money. Dates, levels, scores, counts and alerts that Geometriya shows describe what its tools draw on past price data. They are not predictions, forecasts or promises, and they say nothing about what price will do. Any decision to trade is yours alone. Talk to a SEBI-registered adviser before you rely on any of it.

10. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading or investment loss, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose (nothing if you used only the free plan or the trial). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover us for loss caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Service.

11. Changes and ending

We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown in the app or sent by email, and the date above will change. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms; if you do not accept it, you can stop using the Service and delete your account.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may end the Service or your access as set out in section 5.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have as a consumer that the law does not allow us to restrict. Please write to us first — most problems can be sorted out directly.
