Delete your Geometriya account

You can delete your Geometriya account yourself, from the Android app or the web app, at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data. Geometriya is operated by Geometrical Analysis.

How to delete your account

1.Open Geometriya — the Android app, or app.geometricalanalysis.com — and sign in.
2.Open the menu (☰) and choose My Account.
3.Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete my account.
4.Choose Email me a confirmation code. A 6-digit code is sent to the email address on your account.
5.Enter the code and choose Delete my account permanently.

The account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. It cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in

Email geometriya.analysis@gmail.com from the email address registered on the account, with the subject “Delete my Geometriya account” and your registered mobile number. We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

—Your account: name, phone number, email address and sign-in details.
—Every signed-in session, on every device.
—Your watchlists and your alerts, with their history.
—Your paper-trading wallet, positions and order history.
—Your email preferences, and your address on our mailing list.
—Any broker data token held on our servers for your account.

What is kept

—Payment records — the plan bought, the amount, the date and the payment reference. Tax and accounting law requires us to keep these, for as long as that law requires. They contain no password and no card, UPI or bank details.

Data on your own device

Drawings, layouts, settings and any portfolio quantities you entered are saved on your device, not on our servers. When you delete your account you can tick Also clear this device to remove them at the same time. Otherwise they stay until you clear the app’s data, uninstall the app, or clear the site data in your browser.

A broker account you connected is not affected. It belongs to your broker, and nothing in it is changed.

Your plan

Deleting your account ends your plan at once. If you only want to stop paying, you do not need to delete anything: a plan does not renew by itself, and simply runs out on its end date.
