Geometriya is an analysis and simulation tool, not investment advice — trading involves risk. This page says what that means.
Not investment advice
Nothing in Geometriya — its charts, drawings, scanners, scores, alerts, emails, videos, tutorials or this website — is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy, sell or hold any security, or advice about whether to do so. It is a description of what chart geometry shows on past price data, for learning and analysis.
Geometrical Analysis and its founder are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. The founder is the author of a book on chart analysis and a teacher of the method; that is not a registration and not a recommendation.
What the studies do and do not say
- —A level, an angle, an arc, a zone or a wave count marks a place on the chart that the tool’s rules point to. It does not say price will stop, turn or continue there.
- —A date, a time line or a cycle count marks a day the geometry points to. It does not say anything will happen on that day, and it does not say in which direction price will move.
- —A score (for example Masterstroke) counts how many methods read a chart the same way. A high score is not a prediction and not a signal to trade.
- —Scanner lists and the daily email show which stocks match a pattern at the latest close. They are not a list of stocks to buy or sell.
- —Studies can change when new candles arrive, and different settings give different results.
Paper trading is a simulation
Paper trading uses simulated money and simulated fills. Real markets differ: prices move between your decision and your order, orders can fail or be partly filled, and costs, taxes, slippage and your own emotions do not appear in a simulator. A simulated result says nothing about what real trading would have produced. Geometriya does not place real orders for clients and does not show returns or win rates as a promise of any outcome.
Risk
Trading and investing in securities, derivatives, currencies and crypto-assets carries a risk of loss, which can be the whole amount and sometimes more. Past price behaviour does not guarantee anything about the future. Only risk money you can afford to lose, and speak to a SEBI-registered adviser before you act on any analysis, including this one.
Data and accuracy
Market data comes from third parties, can be delayed or wrong, and may be adjusted for corporate actions differently by different providers. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness, and we are not responsible for decisions made on it. Broker connections are used for data only.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Geometrical Analysis accepts no liability for any loss arising from use of the Service or reliance on anything in it. See the Terms of Service for the full terms, and the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
